About Corvette Paramedics

Corvette Paramedics is owned and operated by Ron Nowacki and Ed Lieb.

Ron is a former Electromechanical Engineer. He currently owns two 1963 Corvettes – a Split Window Coupe and a Convertible. Ron bought the Coupe in 1977 and in 1979 he bought the Convertible. His red 1963 Corvette Convertible is on our website.

Ed is a former Machinist from Honeywell Corporation. He currently owns a 1999 red Corvette
Convertible. Ed`s Corvette is on our website. Ed owned a 1963 Convertible for many years. He drove the 1963 Corvette back in high school.

Ron & Ed met many years ago in the Aquarian Corvette Club. As the years went by, both noticed changes in the companies they were working for, and decided it was time to go on their own.

Together they started Corvette Paramedics in July 1987. Ron & Ed started the business out of Ron`s garage in the backyard, bought the big red Chevy Dually truck & trailer and hit the road doing
Corvette shows on the weekends. They attended many shows over the years in various states such as New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Tennessee, etc. All while continuing to work their full time jobs.

In late 1989, Ron & Ed bought a commerical property in Mt. Holly, NJ. After doing renovations they moved the business in February 1991. Ron & Ed decided to leave their full time careers behind in 1991 to concentrate more on Corvette Paramedics. When customers came in to pickup their orders, often they would ask if we knew who could service their
Corvette.

Ron & Ed decided that same year they would add a new service department which enabled them to do repairs on the Corvettes. Next they hired a long time friend, Walt Pohorilyj, to help out. Walt was our main restoration technician for many years and was very detailed in his work.

He was the proud owner of many Corvettes over the years and had a wealth of Corvette knowledge. Sadly, Walt passed away December 18, 2005. He is deeply missed.

In 1992, Ron & Ed starting hiring ASE Certified Technicians to do more advanced repair work. Corvette Paramedics currently has five technicians working in the service department performing minor repairs, hi-performance upgrades to frame off restorations.

Our service department has performed NCRS restorations with Top Flight results!
